City of Titans is a example of this: their alignment matrix has three axes of peaceful/violent, honorable/pragmatic, and lawful/lawless. This is independent of whether a character is a hero or a villain.
The Radical Re-Alignment supplement by Plot Device takes this to its logical extreme by including no less than six axes for alignment to give characters much more nuanced approaches. None of these strictly equate to "good" or "evil."
